You haven't found your Niche. Good.

You've always had more directions than time, more curiosity than any one lane could hold. I help you turn that into clarity, focus and impact, so it reads as a pattern instead of scatter. (I call this a Kaleidoscope Mind — more on that below.)

Mareike Mutzberg, Kaleidoscope Mind specialist

You've probably heard this before.

"You need to focus." — "Pick one thing." — "You can't do everything."

But that's not how you work.

You: learn fast, move across domains, connect ideas others don't see, get bored when things get repetitive.

The problem is not your range, but that most structures weren't built for it.

What is a Kaleidoscope Mind?

A Kaleidoscope Mind (KM) is an enthusiastic generalist — someone who constantly falls in love with new interests, explores them with passion, and learns until reaching a personal point of satisfaction. We connect dots, see the bigger picture, and thrive on reinvention.

Sounds familiar? Here's the 2-minute check:

Endlessly curious
Master skills fast, then lose interest once fluent
Many unfinished projects
Called scattered or unfocused
Can't pick one career
Compare yourself to specialists
Thrive on variety
Connect ideas others miss
Feel like an impostor sometimes
Sense your uniqueness is a strength

The Phase Cycle

The Phase Cycle

Your passion comes in seasons. Start making use of them.

Spark, Action, Dip, Integration, Legacy — every interest you've ever had moved through this cycle. Once you see the pattern, you stop treating the Dip as failure and start treating it as data.

Why I Wrote This Book

I was never the obvious choice. In a world that rewards narrow expertise and tidy ladders, I arrived with a suitcase full of curiosities, a map scribbled in many colors, and a belief that people are more than their job titles.

I learned early that range is easy to misread. It gets mislabeled as indecision or lack of focus, especially in rooms calibrated for specialists. But when I sat with teams long enough, listened to what wasn't being said, and traced the threads between product, people, and purpose, I saw a different pattern emerge. Range wasn't the problem. It was the fuel — if only we had an engine built to use it. That engine is the Kaleidoscope Mind: a way of thinking that brings structure to complexity, coherence to values and actions, and empathy to how we work together.

It's where curiosity is not an indulgence but an operating system, and creativity is how we turn possibility into frameworks others can use. That's the heart of my story and the promise I make to the people I serve.

"Some people are experts in a field. Others are experts at connecting fields."

Why This Work Exists

Mission, Purpose & Vision

Mission

I build practical tools, the Phase Cycle, the Golden Thread, the Direction Map, that help you turn a life full of directions into clarity, focus and real momentum.

Purpose

To change how you see your own range, from something to apologize for into your sharpest professional edge.

Vision

A world where nobody has to pick one lane to be taken seriously, where range gets recognized as a way of working, not a phase to grow out of.

Who is this for?

Target Groups

Multi-Passionates & Kaleidoscope Minds

I help you turn a life full of directions into clarity, so your range reads as a pattern, not as scatter, and you know exactly which thread to follow next.

Team Growth Leaders

I help teams transform human complexity into collective intelligence, building systems where empathy and structure coexist, where versatile minds thrive, and where diversity of thought becomes the engine of sustainable innovation.

Organisation-level work runs through my company Yeronimo.

Thought Leaders

I partner with thinkers who shape the future, helping them translate insight into systemic impact, bring clarity and empathy into their models of change, and turn their ideas into movements that redefine how we work, learn, and lead.

Vielen lieben Dank!
